This is how I imagine a KH-ified Sunset Shimmer. I see her as the fallen apprentice of Master Celestia, much like EG. However, after coming to blows with her Master, she sees that turning to the darkness just to become a Keyblade Master is wrong, and runs away, unable to face Celestia. She now seeks to purify her heart. After Sunset Ran away, Master Celestia took on a new student, but still wants Sunset to return one day.
Sunset Shimmer is property of Hasbro. Kingdom Hearts is property of Square Enix.
